Manuals & Handbooks
On this page you will find helpful resources specifically for Father Directors and Officers of a Confraternity.
Handbook for Officers
This handbook is another invaluable resource for Officers to use in conjunction with the Manual for Directors and Officers to help them perform their duties in serving the Confraternity. As with the Manual, this is not intended for use by the general membership but to assist the officers in their roles, but should be read by women who are involved with establishing a new chapter or re-activating an inactive chapter.
Statutes (Revised 2025)
These are the revised Statutes to guide Confraternities in the inner-workings of their local Confraternity. These statutes are the guidelines created by the Archconfratenrity that all Confraternity groups should endeavor to follow.
Editable ACCM Tri-Fold Pamphlet
This document is for use as a recruitment brochure at your parish to introduce potential members to the mission of the Confraternity.
Example Business Meeting Agenda
This a sample agenda for a monthly Confraternity meeting. While this structure offers a helpful guide, each local Confraternity is free to organize its meetings in the way that best serves its members, so long as the spiritual, intellectual, and social enrichment of Christian mothers remains the central focus. Above all, prayer and spiritual formation should remain a priority at every gathering.
Editable Welcome Packet
This is a customizable Welcome Packet which can serve as a helpful resource for new members of the Confraternity. This packet includes essential information about the mission, prayers, and structure of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers, along with space to add local meeting details, officer contacts, and chapter-specific traditions.
